labelone offers the highest print quality available throughout the UK by printing up to 8 colours (UV Flexo) from HD digital plates on Grade A material from FSC approved suppliers. We do this in premises that have been certified Carbon Neutral.

We have also introduced the latest in-house Art Studio ensuring proofs are generated for all jobs as a final check before printing. This gives customers the chance to see how their job would look before the full run is printed.

We have the capacity to print label face paper, adhesive or backing paper. Interchangeable printing presses also allow us to print multi layer leaflet labels, leaflets and booklet labels; this also means we can keep rolling out work even in the unlikely event that a printing press needs maintenance or has to be repaired.

At labelone we are constantly updating our equipment and remain committed to continuous investment in new and innovative ways to stay at the leading edge of the labelling industry – meaning that ultimately we can offer our customers and clients a more efficient and cost effective service.

With one of the largest bank of cutting tools in Ireland, we can often generate labels to your specific size requirements without the need for the customer to incur origination costs for a certain label shape.

Our computerised ink management system means that all customers’ details are electronically stored and backed up. Combined with the use of HD quality digital printing plates, this makes repeat orders easy to match for exact size and colour every time.

Security Throughout labelone
Access to the labelone site is only available via staff-controlled electronic gates and once in reception, you are limited to that area only. Special keyfob scanners control access to all parts of the building from that reception area, ensuring maximum security and cleanliness throughout. Staff within labelone undergo personnel checks before fully joining the team, and are frequently given fastidious safety and hygiene training once they join.

Line clearance is paramount to our quality control systems; to this end the ante-rooms off the main production hall allow for total segregation in the finishing, packing and storage processes.
