Built to the highest specification during 2010, the labelone factory is completely secured with raised-level perimeter fencing and electronic gates. Utilising key coded doors throughout the building, this 3.5 acre Greenfield site is self sufficient. We are the first self adhesive label company in Great Britain and Ireland to be certified as Carbon Neutral due to lower carbon emissions from operations, as well as our waste minimisation and recycling processes throughout the plant.

The inks and varnishes we use throughout the plant are VOC free, and the substrates we print onto come from FSC approved suppliers wherever possible.

We also recognise that the need for reduced packaging on all goods is becoming more commonplace, as it has a lower environmental impact and often works well as a means to maximise profit. At labelone we are happy to advise on how you can reduce the packaging on your products, and in printing them you can relax knowing we can be more carbon efficient in the process.

Within the factory, the latest Waste and Air Management system allows us to automatically recycle and filter the hot air and separate the waste for maximum efficiencies. This has helped us gain our Carbon Neutral Accreditation, lower our running costs (which brings costs down for our customers) and helps us keep our carbon footprint to a minimum.
